Spencer Pratt – Heidi Montag
Take it from these two, marriage is still ‘in’. Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt starred on MTV’s The Hills together from 2006 to 2010. In the middle of the show, the two decided to elope in Mexico in 2008, but not without returning to have a proper wedding ceremony the following year in Los Angeles. In 2017 they had their first child, Gunner Pratt.
