Grandma’s Boy
Now there is a scene in Grandma’s Boy when a tray of food is put into the oven. Now that’s no big deal but here’s what is. Out of all the items on the tray, we can clearly see a banana. However by the time the tray is removed from the oven, the banana is no longer there. Witchcraft, maybe? Or just another silly mistake? You decide.

Unfortunately Raiders of the Lost Ark makes the list once more. This time it’s during that snake scene but it’s not so scary when you can see the snake’s reflection in the glass which is meant to be separating it from Indiana Jones. Whoops.
