Fast Times at Ridgemont High and Gremlins. Obviously we’re talking about Phoebe Cates. After her two biggest blockbuster hits, she continued acting here and there however she retired in 1994 so she could raise her kids. In 2001, she made a return to star in a friend’s film, The Anniversary Party.
