Bruce was just about to begin building his freight van home, but things changed when he realized how much more innovative an airplane home would be. Moreover, he found out that it was generally more enjoyable and meant that the airplanes would not be turned into mere scrap metal. When it comes to the land, there was no problem since he had a lot of space for the project. The only challenge would be coming up with the money to buy a plane and take it to Oregon.
