He splits his time living in his Woodsboro airplane home as well as in Japan. He hopes to soon be able to purchase a plot of land where he can set up the Boeing 747-400 that he plans to turn into his second airliner home.
Campbell loves the excitement that comes with upcycling airplanes and he strongly feels that others will feel the same way after they visit his plane for either a tour or a social event. You will his goal on his website, which is to “spark a renaissance of thought about how to utilize this remarkable resource.” Campbell hopes to witness other people building their very own aircraft homes in the future. Campbell desires to see others starting building their own aircraft homes, as well.

The innovative engineer has scheduled the second airliner home project to commence in early 2018. He plans on setting it up somewhere on the Kyushu Island coast. He came up with the location because he wants it to serve as a haven for the locals as well.
He hopes that the members of the community will use it as a sort of lifeboat whenever there is a tsunami threat in Kyushu. He wants the public to know just how sturdy planes are, and the fact that they can last for centuries even in the harshest conditions. The sealed pressure technology is simply amazing!
