Alisson may have had some genetic luck in being such an amazing pole vaulter. It certainly only helped that she is quite tall for a woman. She stands at 170cm tall (5 feet, 7 inches). This surely helps her to jump higher and reach those heights; every inch counts in this sport. She also has more chance of striking the pole better.
