Purifying Kettles
Kettles are prone to gathering up calcium when they haven’t been cleaned for a long time. If you’ve neglected yours and it looks like the 34th Convention for the Calcium Collectors in there, fear not. Pour a fair amount of Coke into the kettle and bring it to a boil. Once you’ve done this, you’ll notice that you can easily pour out the mess. Just make sure to rinse your kettle out afterwards.
