While most people call her Snapple Lady, her real name is Wendy Kaufman. She also often responds to a fan mail. The actress was one of the few employees replying to a fan mail that sparked interest in the ad agency. Snapple’s sales increased from $23 million a year in the 1990s to a whopping $750 million, which meant it rose ten times. Unfortunately, after Quaker Oats bought Snapple, she was fired. The company later came to its senses and reinstated Wendy Kaufman.
