While each contestant’s weight loss results are eagerly anticipated, it turns out that the fancy technology used to demonstrate their weight loss is a hoax. Two days before the competition, the contestants are weighed and measured. To top it off, the medical professionals on the show have had their credibility questioned several times. Some claimed they were unable to distribute drugs because they lacked the required credentials. Plus, the contestants are made to appear sluggish and lazy when they are anything but.
