Even before starring in RuPaul’s Drag Race, Guerra was a famous drag queen commonly known for impersonating the Queen of Pop, Madonna. After joining the show, he realized that he wanted to take his impersonation to the next level. He underwent 19 plastic procedures which included a jaw filling, brow surgery, and cheek implants which cost him a total of $175,000.
