You may be wondering what all your favorite stars from the hit TV show JAG are up to nowadays. Well, you’ve come to the right place. Here, we’ll let you know what happened to the cast after 10 memorable seasons of the show.
The TV series JAG was a phenomenal success. Donald Bellisario, the show’s creator, produced an interesting show that got a lot of viewers hooked. The show aired from 1995 until its cancelation in 2005. If you didn’t know yet, the initials of the show JAG means Judge Advocate General. We rooted for Harmon Rabb aka Harm (David James Elliott) and Sarah McKenzie aka Mac (Catherine Bell) through every case they took. Not to mention, their explosive chemistry had us on the edge of our seats.
A lot of fans have been missing the show since the series finale that made us wonder what was next for our favorite characters. Fans have been requesting reboots and even a film adaptation. Although those requests may not be granted soon, we can tell you what the cast members have been up to after receiving their big break on the show. From his iconic role as Captain Harmon or Harm on JAG, David James Elliot went on to play the lead role in The Man Who Lost Himself opposite his wife and former JAG co-star, Nanci Chambers. Since then, he starred in the Canadian drama series The Guard and the American series Close to Home. He also made appearances in Trumbo and CSI.

Patrick Labyorteaux
After starring in JAG as Captain Bud Roberts Jr., Patrick Labyorteaux moved on to other projects—it even includes voice-overs for cartoons! He actually voiced a character on Spider-Man: The Animated Series. Patrick also co-created and co-produced See Dad with his wife, Tina Albanese. The show aired on Nick at Nite. To fans’ delight, he appeared on NCIS twice as Captain Bud.

Who could ever forget the trustworthy Rear Admiral A.J. Chegwidden on JAG? Good thing he appeared on the crime series spin-off NCIS: Los Angeles. He also recently appeared in the romantic comedy movie Gifted with Chris Evans and Jenny Slate.

Karri Turner
Did you know that Karri Turner, who played Lt. Harriet Sims, is also a talented comedian? She has performed in 13 shows all over the US together with Kathy Griffin and Michael McDonald. Aside from being a comedian, she has also starred in the movie Hurricane in the Rose Garden and appeared in the hit series Heroes.

Scott Lawrence’s role in JAG as Commander Sturgis Turner opened new opportunities for him. In the blockbuster movie Avatar, he played the role of the crew chief. In the film The Social Network, he was cast as Maurice. He also had parts in the Star Trek franchise, namely, Star Trek: Voyager and Star Trek: Into Darkness. Like his other coworkers, he appeared in another crime drama, NCIS, during its eighth season.

Zoe McLellan
Right after Zoe McLellan’s memorable portrayal of Petty Officer Jen, she starred on the prime-time series Dirty Sexy Money on ABC. Just like some of her former JAG co-stars, she also got involved with the crime drama NCIS: New Orleans as Meredith Brody. Aside from that, she portrayed roles in Designated Survivor, The Mentalist, and House.

Although we bid farewell to Gunner Sergeant Victor Galindez, we can still see Randy Vasquez in other roles. One notable character he portrayed was Dep. D.A. Lou Escobar in Bosch. He also made an appearance in CSI: Miami. In 2005, he debuted as a director of the comedy-drama Perceptions.

Trevor Goddard
We’ll always remember Trevor Goddard as Lt. Commander Michael Brumby aka Mic. He passed away at 40 years old in June 2003 due to a drug overdose. His final work was in the movie Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl.

After portraying Mr. Clayton Webb in JAG, Steven Culp appeared in other crime dramas. Some of these are NCIS, 24, and The West Wing. You most probably remember him as Rex Van de Kamp in the hit show Desperate Housewives. He’s now married with two children. Unfortunately, in 2006, his half-sister Kathryn Harvey and her family were brutally murdered. The killers were convicted after a month of the incident.

Nanci Chambers played the role of the ambitious Lt. Loren Singer in JAG. She married David James Elliot in 1992. They later became co-stars in JAG. Both are known to be committed environmentalists. Before Edward Sheffield, Alexander Nelson was the Secretary of the Navy in JAG. You won’t miss Paul Collins since he also appeared in various television shows such as Sons of Anarchy, Boston Legal, and The West Wing. Other than that, he portrayed Tyler Meade in Guiding Light. He also played minor roles in Montana Amazon and Evan Almighty.

You’ll probably remember Cindy Ambuehl as Harmon’s TV producer girlfriend Rene Peterson in JAG. She also appeared in the CBS drama The Bold and the Beautiful. She’s married to actor Don Diamont and they have twin boys.

JAG’s Rear Admiral Stiles Morris went on to star in several other TV series. These include Players at the Poker Palace and the well-loved drama Grey’s Anatomy. Harrison Page is married to Christina Giles since 1989 and they have a child together.

Jennifer Savidge had a recurring role in JAG as Commander Amy Helfman. However, she’s best known as Nurse Lucy in the 1980s medical drama St. Elsewhere. Later, in 2015, she played Ruth Taylor on the highly praised television series American Crime.

Tracey Needham had a brief stint on JAG as Megan Austin during the first season. Before appearing on the show, she played the role of Paige in Life Goes On. After JAG, she then moved on to star in The Division as Inspector Candace DeLorenzo. Her other works include popular movies such as Veronica Mars and The Last Harbor. She married Tommy Hinkley in 1995 and they later had a daughter.

Congresswoman Roberta Latham who’s also referred to as Representative Bobbi Latham was played by Anne-Marie Johnson. In 2004, she created history by becoming the first ever National Vice President of the Screen Actors Guild (SAG). Similar to other casts of the show JAG, she also went on to appear in NCIS. She also appeared in various shows such as Boston Legal, Grey’s Anatomy, That’s So Raven, and Pretty Little Liars. Her more recent works include Wet Hot American Summer: Ten Years Later and Murder in the First.

Isabella Hoffman appeared in the later seasons of JAG as Professor Meredith Cavanaugh. She also guested on JAG’s spin-off show NCIS. She also appeared in superhero shows such as The Flash, Legends of Tomorrow, and Supergirl as Clarissa Stein. She and Daniel Baldwin have a son together.

Hallee Hirsh became known for her portrayal of Mattie Grace Johnson in JAG. She later rose to popularity after starring as Rachel Greene on ER. After that, she played Daley in the TV series Flight 29 Down. And in 2004, she acted alongside Kristen Stewart in the film Speak. She now resides in North Carolina with her husband, Ryan Martin, and their son.

Matt Sigloch actually graduated with honors from the Valley Forge Military Academy. He later served as a Master Sergeant for 22 years. He also played Master Sergeant Tom Androvich on screen in JAG. With his military expertise, the production staff of the show consulted him before shooting military-related scenes. Nowadays, he’s the owner of Sigloch Military-Tactical. He has been an advisor to several shows such as Rosewood, American Horror Story, Scandal, and Criminal Minds.

Carter played the role of Russian Sergeant Sergei Zhukov in JAG. He later acted as Ethan Winthrop on Passions and Tripp Steves on Solo: The Series. He had guest roles on hit TV shows such as Castle and NCIS. His most recent role was in Love or War as Brent.

John D’Aquino played as a reporter named Stuart Dunston on JAG. Afterward, he played different kinds of roles in NCIS, Dexter, and Hannah Montana. Some of you may know Jeffrey Dean Morgan as CIA technician and weapons officer Wally in JAG. But for most people, they recognize him as John Winchester from the popular TV series Supernatural. He also had a memorable role on Grey’s Anatomy as the heart patient Denny. Recently, he took on the role of Negan on another hit TV show The Walking Dead.

Dana Sparks starred in JAG as Lt. Commander Carolyn Imes. Soon after, she took on the role of Grace Bennett in Passions. She also had a minor role in the movie Atlas Shrugged II: The Strike. Before appearing on JAG, she already had several works under her belt. These include L.A. Law, Melrose Place, Falcon Crest, and Cover Up. She was previously the Executive Director of Regenerate Films and later became a board member and producer.

After playing as A.J.’s love interest, Dr. Sidney Walden, in JAG, Cynthia Sikes quickly moved on to the role of Zara Costelana on The Young and the Restless. You might also recognize her as Betty Goodale from the TV series Aquarius. She appeared in the film Going Shopping as well. Aside from acting, she is one of the producers of Blade Runner 2049.

Corbin Bernsen appeared for 8 episodes in JAG as Captain Owen Sebring. He later appeared as Harlan Dexter on the American black comedy crime movie Kiss Kiss Bang Bang. His other works include playing Henry Spencer on Psych, John Durant on General Hospital, and Father Todd Williams on The Young and the Restless. Not to mention the fact that he’s the owner and founder of Team Cherokee Productions.

Canadian actress Susan Haskell is best known for her role as Dr. Margaret “Marty” Saybrooke Thornhart on ABC’s One Life to Live. She then had a recurring role on JAG as Lt. Commander Jordan Parker. She also had a minor role in the 2006 spy film The Good Shepherd.

Mae Whitman had a minor role in JAG as Chloe Madison. She later became popular after starring as Ann Veal on Fox’s hit sitcom Arrested Development. She also appeared as Amber Holt on NBC’s TV show Parenthood. You might even recognize her as Mary Elizabeth in the film The Perks of Being a Wallflower or as Rosie Weston on HBO’s drama series In Treatment. Andrea Thompson appeared in JAG as Commander Alison Krennick. She also starred in the third season of 24 as Nicole Duncan. She had a guest role on the 2008 TV mini-series Heroes: Destiny as well. Previously, she worked as a reporter for CNN before going back to acting.

JAG’s Lt. Commander Tracy Manetti was played by the American-Japanese actress Tamlyn Tomita. Like other cast members of JAG, she also joined 24 during its second season. Later, she was cast as Giselle in General Hospital and as Janet Tokada in The Day After Tomorrow. You might have also seen her on Teen Wolf as Noshiko Yukimura. Here’s another trivia: she made her debut in the 1986 film The Karate Kid Part II!

Up next is Lt. Commander Teresa Coulter played by Trisha Yearwood. Aside from acting, Trisha is also a country music singer and an author. In 2005, she married the famous singer Garth Brooks. She even appeared in Fox’s TV special The Passion as Mary. Of course, don’t forget about the fact that she produced six episodes of Trisha’s Southern Kitchen where she’s the host.

Italian actor Francesco Quinn played the role of Kabir Atef in JAG. After that, he also joined the second season of 24 as the terrorist Syed Ali. He even played a small role in the Quentin Tarantino movie Hell Ride. Francesco is the son of Oscar winner Anthony Quinn. Sadly, Francesco died in 2011 due to a heart attack.

We might remember Will Rothhaar as the charming Josh Pendry from JAG, but he sure has grown up to become a fine young actor. He played a supporting role in the animated feature Jack Frost. Although Craig Kirkwood only played a minor role in JAG as Corporal Sean Stiles, he’s famous for playing Jerry Harris in the blockbuster film Remember the Titans. However, in 2006, he chose to leave acting for good to focus on his passion. Currently, he’s a criminal defense attorney in Los Angeles, California.
