Phonetic Alphabet
Soldiers have a tendency to spell out words and names using the military phonetic alphabet. It may sound like complete gibberish to you if you are not familiar with it. “Delta” stands for the letter “d”, “Juliet” stands for the letter “j”, and so on. It can actually come useful so try to learn it!
