Going Vegan
This was posted on Natalie Suleman’s Instagram with the amusing title “Could we be anymore vegan?” Even though her older six children are not vegan, the octuplets have a diet consisting of some raw vegan items like organic kale, collard greens, chard, red or golden beets, bell peppers, health shakes, and some home cooked vegan meals with sprouted lentils and quinoa, and they also love dessert which is usually green apple with some raw almond butter. Growing up an ethical vegetarian, Natalie Suleman didn’t find it so hard to convert to a vegan lifestyle and the diet switch has also helped in handling the medical conditions that she endured from getting pregnant with the octuplets for nearly eight months. Natalie believes living this way makes the family treat /cheat meals and nights more worth it.
