Look at the picture, see how the white SUV was terribly parked in a grocery store’s parking lot – the driver failed to follow the yellow parking line, ending up in occupying a total of two parking spaces, which was kind of selfish, btw. Well, because of that, someone got pissed to the point that he/she tied the cart to the SUV’s door handle just to piss its driver. I’m not sure of what happened next, but I’m guessing that the driver freaked out the moment he/she saw this.
