It seems like the owner of the black SUV was not supposed to be parking in the place where he or she parked in the photo. Well, if he or she was allowed to park in such a spot, why would there be scrappy paint all over the vehicle? For sure, someone got mad with the fact that he or she parked there – that is why someone had the guts to plan an act of revenge, which turned out to be spilling buckets of paint all over the black SUV.
