It seemed like everyone wanted to meet the young septuplets. The governor of Iowa, Terry Branstad, came to see the children, and even managed to get a little peck in little Kenny’s cheek.

When the kids turned four, they didn’t get 7 separate cakes, or 28 candles, instead they received one cake and four candles. It was from an early age that Bobbi and Kenny taught their septuplets that it was important to share. Having so many kids meant that each child couldn’t get exactly what he wanted.
