In the fourth season of “Fixer Upper”, the Matsumoto family just got their home for $12,500. The catch was that the house was nearly destroyed! With that said, they got it more for the plot of land than the actual dilapidated home. A peek inside the home showed them that it was going to take someone like Joanna and Chip Gaines to make it a livable place. They had to install new windows, replace the wiring of the home, and redo the ceiling and floor. It looked like it was going to take a miracle to convert it into a place suitable for habitation.

Nothing Short Of A Miracle

It should be obvious by now that this is one woman who knows how to make a country home! The process also involved the addition of a foundation for the home.
