Richard marked the wooden boards from the cabin’s exterior so he would be able to assemble them in the same order when he was done cleaning the rot that had been there for years. The cabin itself might have been run down, but the amazing scenery made it worth the effort. We would honestly love the chance to live in an oasis like this one. It was a huge factor for him and you will later see that he made the right call.

Richard asked his family for some help with the huge project he was about to undertake. It was not long before his family found a nearby natural spring. This meant they could make a waterfront property of their own! The discovery meant they needed to work on digging deep to unearth the spring as it would make the view from their newly renovated cabin even better. After dismantling the cabin, Richard had the chance to move it wherever he wanted.
