Despite having fabricated news about Angelina exposing and letting their children engage in drinking alcohol and watching x-rated movies, and being devastated from her divorce, all of these were the opposite of what Angelina is trying to do after having the sole custody of their six children. She even disallowed her kids to have a sleepover with people who she thinks will influence her children negatively.
