Dr. Richard Burke is a pretty impressive guy off-screen. Why? Because he ranks as the third greatest guest character on Friends. We’re not surprised by this! Brad Pitt and Paul Rudd are the first two. Also not surprising.

Since 2005, he has been playing the role Jesse Stone, a transplanted lawman. This role is from a series that was inspired by a made-for-TV movie based on Robert B. Parker’s novels. Currently there are nine films and recently Selleck himself began to produce episodes. In fact, film five, Jesse Stone: Thin Ice, was not a novel adaptation but rather an original story created by Selleck!
