1997 GM EV-1
It’s great that GM decided to create an electric car in 1997, but the EV-1 was terribly styled, could only go as fast as around 80 miles and was just available by leasing. These days, it’s highly unlikely that one of these can be seen on the streets seeing as GM gathered nearly all of them back in 2002.
1992 Ford Probe
While we all know that there are many cars with unfortunate names, the Ford Probe is certainly on the top ten for having one of the worst ones. It seems the shoe-shaped car was meant to look speedy and sleek but in reality, it resembles a UFO which never got off the ground. Ford and Mazda actually created this model in a joint effort and even though you probably think they would create something great, the Probe included a weak V6 and poor FWD mechanism which didn’t help sales. It ended up getting taken off the market just eight years after it was released.
