The fact that the OCC crew grew by some 100 workers in the shop at the end is quite a feat! Unfortunately no one knew how to manage such a large influx of new kids. Heck, even Mikey was paid a mere $10 an hour (including overtime), and Paul Sr. made around $80,000 per year.
