Hamster On The Loose
In the middle of a serious segment reporting the disappearance of a sixteen-year-old named Molly Bish, Channel 3 showed a picture of the man who was suspected of being involved in the crime. While the name, Rodney Stanger, was correct, the image that appeared was of a hamster. Thankfully, the news anchor kept their composure and explained, “Well, no this is not Rodney Stanger obviously.”
Jacket-Gate
The woman in the middle, Amber Sherlock, is an Australian TV host who made it to the news for a strange reason. She asked Julie Snook (pictured left), who is a fellow reporter, to cover her shirt since they were both wearing white tops. After this, they had a rather odd exchange and Snook refused to do so, saying “If it’s an issue, I’ll just jump on out, honestly”. To this Sherlock replied, “Fine, just jump on out, if that’s what you’d like to do”. Throughout this entire thing, the ladies had forgotten that their mics were still on.
