The truth is that Bruce Campbell only lives in the aircraft home for six months every single year. He admits he needs a change of scenery. So, what does he for the other half of each year? Well, Campbell resides in Japan, which must be pretty different from what he is used to in Oregon.
When he lives in Japan, he continues to work on his ideas and projects to keep himself busy. There is one particular project that he is excited about. You might find it hard to believe once you learn what it is…unless you can guess what it is.

Yes, Campbell is planning on doing the same thing once again, though this time it is going to be a bigger plane in Japan. He wants to buy a retired Boeing 747 unit that he can turn into yet another unconventional home. Of course, he plans on living here during the time he spends in Japan.
He has already done wonders for environmentalism in his home country, so it only makes sense for him to do the same thing in the place he spends the other half of his time in. Since he has already finished restoring an airplane, we bet he will have an easier time fixing another one up.
