Unblock Stuffy Nose
Those suffering from long cold and stuffy noses can try this hack. Try mixing 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda and another 1/4 teaspoon of salt with 8 ounces of warm water. Get a bulb syringe to squirt the mixture into the nose. In the case of a bulb syringe is unavailable, a nasal irrigation kit can be used as an alternative. Keep the other nostril closed as the mixture is being squirted to one nostril.
Modeling Clay
Those who are artsy and enjoy getting their hands dirty can make something like modeling clay. Make a mixture of baking soda and cornstarch in a saucepan. Slowly add water to the mix and stir it over medium heat for 4 to 5 minutes. The mixture will thicken and will have a texture like playdough.
