Dean Winters is a funny man. Allstate’s best marketing concepts are all Mr Mayhem’s. People admire this guy, and every time they air the ads, the star earns almost $5,000. He also informs everyone about the ‘mayhem’ he’s about to get into, but he reassures us that Allstate is going to be okay. He started his career in 1997 and has since appeared on several TV shows. He was in law: SVU, Rescue Me, and Brooklyn Nine-Nine. Also, he plays Ryan in Oz as a recurring character.
