He thought others should know that adopting a dog from a rescue brings so much joy. He also thought capturing the happiness in a photo would be one good way of showing it. As it happens, things don’t always turn out the way you want them to be.

Within just one day, the picture got 24,000 likes! It got so popular that Dan started getting phone calls from the media as well as dog lovers all over the country. However, fame usually comes with criticisms. Soon, the people who didn’t really like the picture started making comments.
