Where They Came From

Many people speculate that the gold bullions had been stolen by Iraqi soldiers when they invaded the small nation on the Persian Gulf back in 1990. After all, Iraq took valuable items priced to be billions of dollars during the occupation. Many of them were never returned. The other possibility was that it came directly from the personal stash of Saddam Hussain! After the US invaded Iraq, troops discovered nearly a billion dollar’s worth of treasure.
