Amanda failed to keep her eyes dry. There is nothing strange about that since she was so happy and relieved to hear his voice! She was happy that he got to be a part of this event and promised him that they would visit soon. If you ask her, this was the best possible surprise that she could have ever gotten.

Amanda was surprised by the phone call, as were a lot of the guests. This was the sort of thing that you would see in a movie, not in real life! Everyone grabbed their phones and started to record the moment that was unfolding right before their eyes. They all wanted to share this powerful gesture with their friends.
