Finally, the couple decides on a renovation project because the brothers frequently show them homes that are simply out of their price range.

Isn’t it amazing how much of the History Channel program is scripted? It’s possible that the Harrisons are the store’s owners and operators. It has since become a tourist attraction, rather than a working store. The stars no longer work there during regular business hours due to Nevada’s privacy laws. Aside from that, they’ve already reached an agreement with the sellers on a price, and many of the items have been thoroughly examined.
