The funeral could go on, and it was a lovely service. She was cremated but left a small memorial stone on the wall, so David might visit her. Rose went to her parent’s house later to pick up some of David’s belongings and suddenly remembered Vincent. She hadn’t seen him since the morning.

Her parents revealed to her that Vincent did, in fact, turn there; however, the undertaker noticed and immediately notified the authorities. This allowed the service to continue without any disruptions while also preventing the mourners from being disturbed.
