Rihanna calling a fan the B-word after smacking her over the head with her microphone was caught on camera. This incident happened in Birmingham, England, when she was singing “We Found Love” in her 2013 concert. She clarified that this was intentional as the fan is not letting her arm go. Additionally, this was her response to a user who tweeted her about the “accident,” “Purpose! That b— won’t let me go,” A year later, Rihanna was accused of cyberbullying, a 16-year-old girl who wore an outfit that was similar to what she wore at the Echo Award 2010 at Messe Berlin. Rihanna made efforts to post on IG a side by side photo of her and Alexis Carter. The caption on her photo was “IG,” while an unflattering picture of Alexis, on the other hand, was captioned “Real Life.” Alexis Carter considers herself a super fan of Rihanna. She found the gown that was similar to what her idol wore; she thought that it was made for her. Little did she know that her idol would ridicule her. To add to the initial IG post that RiRi did, she made another post of Alexis Carter alongside a Wu-Tang Clan bat, with the caption “She gets it.” Carter was very disappointed with how her idol shamed her, and in one of the interviews, She told Fox Baltimore: “I was very offended. Why throw shade on it when you had on the exact same thing. The poses were different but the outfit wasn’t.” She added: “She doesn’t love her fans like she says she does.”
