Changes!
The pilot for NCIS aired as a two-part episode of JAG back in 2003. From there, two huge changes took place. Including a gimmick where Ducky actually talks to corpses, but from the point of view of the corpse. Yeah, that would have been weird. Lastly the role of Viv Blackadder, played by Robyn Lively, was replaced by Sasha Alexander’s character.
