The Best Part
Although the main floors of the house are fantastic, our favorite part could be the basement. The laundry room came with wooden cabinets that look wonderful with the washing machines. They certainly don’t come from the same time as the whole house, but we’re not guilty of it.

Follow In Her Footsteps
Not only did Joyce have a blast decorating and caring for her house, but she also kept it to a level that not a lot of people could achieve. The owners did not leave a carefully guarded house as John Sims bought a new home in Arizona but rather something entirely different and quite a little spooky.
