As the agents spent time in this business, they felt like they had already seen everything there was to see. They have handled jobs which normal people wouldn’t be able to overcome. But they proved time and time again that they were capable of doing anything. At least, that was the case until they came upon this house. What they saw made quite an impact on them, but before we talk about that, let’s talk about what happened when they got there.

Gladys and Carla already have three years’ worth of experience when it comes to the real estate industry. It was safe to say that the two of them know about Toronto like the back of their hands. The sisters were famous for buying and selling properties in the popular neighborhoods within the city. They know what they were doing, and they even have the background to back up their expertise. From time to time they would be lucky and find a property that required almost no work and practically sold itself without their help. They were crossing their fingers that this house was one of those times, but they didn’t keep their hopes up. Joyce seemed hesitant to sell and the best way to find out why was to go visit the property themselves.
