Time’s Up
Toward the end of 2017, this incredible woman started the Time’s Up movement. Yes, we have Reese to thank for the movement sweeping America and all corners of the world. She has been relentless in her actions regarding not just women in Hollywood, but women everywhere. She said, “There’s moments that you have to evaluate whether silence is going to be your only option. And certain times that was our only option. But now is not that time.”

Thanks to Reese Witherspoon and Time’s Up, HBO examined and corrected pay disparities they had at the network. “We’ve proactively gone through all of our shows. In fact, we just finished our process where we went through and made sure that there were no inappropriate disparities in pay; and where there were, if we found any, we corrected it going forward. And that is a direct result of the Time’s Up movement.” Girl power? Heck to the yes.
