Some Trouble
In 2013, Witherspoon and her husband were pulled over after a police officer noticed they were driving erratically. Toth was under suspicion of a DUI (although he found innocent) while Reese was arrested and briefly jailed for disorderly conduct – Reese was shouting at the officer as her husband was forced to do a sobriety test. Later she pleaded no contest to obstruction and had to pay court costs.
