We know that British royalty come with official titles, though it is not uncommon for the media to call them by merely their first names alone. It is actually considered ill-mannered to refer to royals so casually! Of course, if anyone was ever to come face to face with Will and Kate, they should be addressed as Prince William, Duke of Cambridge and Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge.
