After starring in Starship Troopers, the actress went virtually unnoticed in the entertainment industry. Prior to the sci-fi film, the actress starred as Angie in the 1995 film Showgirls. It is one of her only two other roles, despite the fact that it was a commercial and critical flop. Mystery Men, a comedy film, is the other one. Despite the fact that Starship Troopers performed better than her previous films, it marked the end of her acting career.
