Letting go of her past was not easy for Elin, but she needed to make an effort to start anew. She now had to face a couple of truths, the first one being the fact that Tiger had lied to her the majority of the time that they were married. The other one was that taking care of their two kids was now something she would have to do mostly on her own. Elin knew it would take some time to heal, so she decided to write in a journal. It helped with the process of wrestling control over her life.

Both Tiger and Elin have gone past the issues of their marriage, but it seems only Elin has succeeded in clearing her name. If you are wondering whether Tiger had any regrets about the things that have happened, it appeared he didn’t. In an interview in 2016, Tiger revealed that he regretted not staying at Stanford for one more year. Other than that, there wasn’t anything else he mentioned.
