A Generous And Practical Move
Elin got in touch with the charity ‘Habitat for Humanity’ to help her with some of the old items. She thought that this way, the things she no longer needed would still be useful, which was a generous and practical move on Elin’s part. She let the group work freely as they looked for items around the house which could be auctioned to help them in their efforts. Habitat for Humanity managed to collect thousands of dollars for the items, money they used to build houses for the world’s needy.
Another Beach Mansion
Actually, Elin owned another beach mansion, a two-bedroom townhouse located in Juno beach in San Remo. She bought the property for $1 million in 2011. She then invested some money to have it remodeled so that she could sell it. In October 2011, she sold the townhouse for $2.2 million. Not bad for someone who has not done this before.
