Johnny Gill, an American singer-songwriter, with an estimated worth of $10 million. He began recording demo songs when he was 16 years old, persuaded by a boyhood buddy. The recording reached the president of Atlantic Records, and the rest is history. In 1987, he was invited to join New Edition, who released the chart-topping singles “Can You Stand The Rain” and “If It Isn’t Love.” Johnny ultimately followed a solo career and is most known for the songs “My, My, My” and “Fairweather Friend,” to mention a few. Ronnie DeVoe was the second-to-last member of New Edition, one of the 1980s’ most successful boy bands. Although the trio eventually split up, Ronnie, Ricky Bell, and Michael Bivins created another band named Bell Biv DeVoe. Their debut album, “Poison,” sold over five million copies and had five smash singles, including “Poison” and “B.B.D.” Ronnie, however, did not devote his efforts solely to music.
