She was first known as part of the cast of the original Broadway musical, Grease. Her first movie was Between the Lines. The next one paired her with Richard Gere in Bloodbrothers. However, she was completely launched to stardom in Taxi as Elaine. Now, she also produces films, writes books and hosts radio shows. Her other activities include advocating in healthy diet particularly promoting the non-dairy ones and maintaining a healthy lifestyle and exercising.
