On December 17, 1994, the two wed at Montreal’s Notre-Dame Basilica. They weren’t hiding anymore, and they actually allowed their wedding to be broadcasted on Canadian national TV. They were basically like a royal couple in Canada and millions of her fans tuned in across Canada to watch the nuptials.

Celine looked amazing at her wedding. She wore a gown designed by Mirella and Steve Gentile. It actually was quite labor intensive and took over 1,000 hours to make! Part of all work is the 20-foot long train and 20-pound tiara. Well, all the work paid off because Celine Dion looked amazing. Everyone was talking about her outfit in the days and weeks following the ceremony.
