Lt. Todd Hasselbach of the local police department was quoted to have said, “It looks like a pit to me.” He continued to say, “I’d write a ticket.” Dan, the owner of the dog, couldn’t believe what happened. Everything was happening too quickly and it seemed like it was all out of his control.
