These two gold medalists never actually crossed paths, however. Jenner said, “Gymnastics finished before Track and Field started, so I was already gone by the time she competed.” The two only met each other four decades later and they got along well.

Impressively, the former California governor came up to her and asked her for a photo. They even discussed training tips!
