Moscow Summer Olympics
Nadia and Béla did not have a lot of time left to train so they decided to give it everything they had. They trained nonstop for five weeks so that they could prepare as well as they could for the upcoming Olympic Games. The Moscow Olympic Games was rather controversial since the United States did not want to send competitors as a means of protesting the USSR involvement in Afghanistan. However, Russians were also worried about another thing: Nadia Comăneci.
