Seth Gilliam As Sugar Watkins
Even though he only appears halfway through the film, this brave and loyal Roughnecks soldier left a lasting impression on the audience. Sergeant Sugar Watkins is a devout follower of Lt. Jean Rasczak. His character arc had revolved around his bravery. When viewers have to say goodbye to this stoic character, they are always sad because he gives himself away while single-handedly killing as many Warrior Bugs as he can. Rico and Ace are able to escape and survive as a result of his sacrifice.
