She consulted with attorneys and private eyes, and they were able to trace the origins of the photos, which turned out to be pictures of a former Playboy model. Now that they had evidence, the couple sued the magazine and won. The court ordered the Irish magazine to pay Elin nearly $200,000 and issue a public apology.
